Defining sales quotation columns

Introduction

This screen allows you to add and/or remove columns in the sales quotation lines, and define settings for sales quotations.

What version are you using?

The information in this document is applicable to product update 417 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.

How do I add columns to the sales quotation?

  1. Open an existing quotation or create a quotation. The Quotations screen will be displayed.
  2. Click  Columns at the top menu. This icon is enabled only when your cursor is pointed at any sales quotation line.
  3. Select the check box(es) to display the column(s). For example, if you want the Description column to be displayed in the quotation, select the Description check box under the Line section.
  4. Click OK.

How do I remove columns from the sales quotation?

  1. Open an existing quotation or create a quotation. The Quotations screen will be displayed.
  2. Click  Columns at the top menu. This icon is enabled only when your cursor is pointed at any sales quotation line.
  3. Clear the check box(es). For example, if you do not want the Description column to be displayed in the quotation, clear the Description check box under the Line section. Click OK.
